51ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏÍøÀúʷʼþ is seeking a Safety Statistician to be instrumental in assisting the department with your expertise in data analysis. Your contributions will help accelerate drug discovery and development, ultimately benefiting patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Give statistical support for clinical trial safety data.
• Ensure the quality and scientific validity of safety analyses, relevant to external stakeholders.
• Manage all safety statistical deliverables for complex projects.
• Promote teamwork, quality, operational efficiency, and innovation within the safety monitoring team.
• Plan and track project activities related to safety, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Lead discussions on quality standards within and across therapeutic areas.
• Mentor junior staff and give technical guidance.
• Collaborate with other functions and communicate with senior leadership.
• Participate in scientific or technology working groups and contribute to process optimization.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in statistics or related discipline.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and techniques.
• Experience in clinical development or post-marketing activities.
• Familiarity with safety signal detection.
• Ability to embrace change and innovate.
