51��ϱ��ʷ�¼� is seeking a dedicated QC Microbiologist to provide essential microbiological expertise and perform testing to ensure product safety and quality. This position involves working in a flexible, cross-functional environment with opportunities to develop skills across various areas of the microbiology department. The role requires working 24/7 shifts, including day and night rotations, with potential overtime.

Responsibilities:

Offer microbiological support to Quality Assurance, Validation, Manufacturing, and other departments.
Review documentation and batch releases.
Provide technical guidance to the QC Microbiology Team and collaborate with external departments.
Conduct QC-Micro testing, including water sampling, sterility testing, and environmental monitoring.
Ensure compliance with cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the lab.
Represent QC Micro in cross-functional meetings.
Support audits and presentations as needed.
Participate in projects and report safety concerns.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree in Science (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biochemistry preferred).
Strong communication skills and ability to influence and work in cross-functional teams.
Understanding of Key Performance Indicators.
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., Veeva/Qualipso) and lab management systems (e.g., LUNA).
Motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
