51黑料爆料网历史事件 is seeking a Clinical Contracts Analyst to join our client's team remotely in the US.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on managing and executing various clinical agreements and developing study-specific budgets. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with study teams to ensure timely contract execution.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the sciences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with clinical research processes and procedures.
- Ability to interact professionally and discreetly with internal and external customers and vendors.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of compliance, ethics, and accountability.
The Clinical Contracts Analyst's responsibilities will be:
- Manage execution of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Master Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Single Study Clinical Trial Agreements, and Consulting Agreements.
- Develop study-specific budgets, statements of work, and other related contractual documents.
- Negotiate and manage site budgets and contracts using established negotiation and escalation plans.
- Accurately forecast contract execution timelines and communicate issues to the Study Lead as needed.
- Submit relevant documents to the Trial Master File (TMF).
- Identify elements that trigger out-of-scope activities and collaborate with the study team to update contractual documents.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
